- Both parties have ceased to live together as husband and wife without any hope of reconciliation.
- There is no existing "protective order" or "no contact order" between you and your spouse.
- There are no pending adoption, juvenile, domestic violence, domestic relations, paternity, legitimation, custody, parental rights and responsibilities, or other proceedings in any court in any state affecting any Petitioner, Respondent or child(ren) named in this petition.
